Gary Martin Guitarist

Gary Martin has collaborated with many singers over the years and performed original tunes at many outstanding venues.

 

When based in Liverpool, he wrote for a Jazz fusion outfit called Wian, and performed at many venues around the Liverpool area. At the same time as performing, Gary helped to write for another band called Raw Unltd who performed at top venues including The Liverpool Philharmonic hall, and the Royal Court. Raw Unltd had a record deal and the bands first single was produced by Mark Saunders who has previously worked with David Bowie, Nenah Cherry and many more. This Hip Hop single featured classical guitar by Gary Martin, the first time he appeared on a hip hop record!

After moving to the London area Gary wrote many new tunes and was fortunate enough to record some of these at a top residential studio in Oxfordshire. Many of these original tunes were incorporated into a trio consisting of Drums, Bass and Classical guitar, with Gary bringing his unique blend of original tunes. Gary has also written music for The World Health Network and computer programs.
